Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Brand Project Executive for an agency with an enviable portfolio of clients and a whole host of industry awards.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Project Management, the Brand Project Manager is a key contact for clients and is responsible for managing the delivery of day to day campaigns. The Brand Project Manager’s focus will be to ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and in line with the client’s specific strategic objectives. You will be working with both clients and internal departments to ensure the delivery of their outcomes. The Brand Project Manager will have drive, determination and real commitment to ensure excellent customer service. Outstanding communication, the ability to work under pressure, be calm and confident in a fast paced environment are all essential requirements of the role.

Brand Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage several new and existing regional and national accounts

• Forge and maintain solid business relationships with clients through regular proactive contact, ensuring the potential of each account is fully maximised

• Support the Head of Project Management in coordinating and delivering agreed activities for clients to tight deadlines

• Show a clear understanding of your clients’ businesses, determining how best their objectives can be met and their expectations exceeded

• Resolve any problems to ensure deadlines are met

• Monitor and report on each account’s progress, working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers

• Maintain close contact with the client at all stages of the delivery

• Sense-check all work and communications before sending to client

• Attend all relevant client and supplier meetings

• Managing client’s budget to deliver agency profit

• Supplier research and liaison

• Negotiate best value from suppliers

• Arrange the effective and timely distribution of marketing collateral

• Provide internal administrative support

• Manage print and production of all relevant materials

• Media buying

Brand Project Manager Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required

• Outstanding administrative, planning and organisational skills

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role, with agency and project brand management experience

• Excellent client facing support and the ability to delivering high quality services at all times

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

• Team player, excellent motivational skills and ability to work without supervision

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

• A proactive thinker with a creative mindset

• First-class IT skills

• A keen eye for detail and accuracy

• Understand and interpret client briefs and excellent inter-personal skills

• Strong negotiator

• University-educated (desirable)

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation

• Experience in or understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics to support in the delivery of digital projects
