Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd has a fantastic opportunity for an agency experienced business developer to join an established award winning full service agency based in Birmingham. Working alongside the business developing agency directors, you will be an integral part of this growing agency. Bring your knowledge of developing business within the creative industry; you will have the freedom to use methods you’ve found most successful, to make your mark!
It’s expected you will be inventive and enthusiastic, capable of handling a variety of different sector-based projects simultaneously.
The key directive as Business Development Manager is to help expand the business further through the acquisition of new clients, with an eye to helping develop existing clients.
New Business Development Requirements:
Generate sales leads
Attend new prospect meetings
Build and develop an effective new prospects database on own initiative
Proactively develop the sales & marketing activity of the business, including networking
Develop and present new business proposals and quotes using existing job management system
Identify new opportunities with existing customers.
Produce cost estimates and proposals for prospective projects/jobs
Develop creative briefs for the creative briefing process/team
