Campaign & Content Manager Kettering Northampton Up to £33k Ref: AH377
Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Campaign and Content Manager to manage the campaigns required to deliver the marketing plan for a successful manufacturing company, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to budget. Management of the content management system ensuring that all content is technically compliant, in line with brand values, brand guidance and GPDR compliant.
Key Priority Areas for the Campaign and Content Manager
Campaign Management
Campaign management and coordination of all marketing activities. Maintain and update campaign progress in line with chosen management tool and update marketing calendar to reflect progress.
Provide weekly campaign updates into marketing and campaign owners, along with monthly reporting into Sales & Marketing review and Executive report.
Monitor and report agreed campaign and marketing KPI's including website and social media effectiveness, lead generation and other agreed metrics.
Monitor and maintain the marketing budget including monthly reporting of expenditure against budget and justification of any variance to planned position. Support in creation and submission of annual budget as part of marketing planning process.
Management of sign off process to ensure deadlines are maintained and content is compliant with brand guidance.
With Business Strategy Manager (BSM) create and maintain an active agency roster to support delivery of marketing plan including social media calendar.
Organise exhibitions and updates to demonstration room in Kettering Office.
Management of lead generation from marketing activity through CRM, capturing metrics for each activity including response rates from sales colleagues and outcomes.
Content Management
Management of the company’s content management system.
Part of project team to transition to new platform becoming one of the “experts in your field”
With BSM adapt the business sign off and campaign process to meet requirements of new platform.
Ensure GPDR compliance of all marketing databases, forms requesting data and imagery for both customers and staff, as part of/through the new content management platform.
Creative input into imagery and content for marketing collateral including Social Media accounts.
Include social media activity calendar as part of the overall marketing calendar.
Support BSM with monthly reporting to agreed metrics for all digital platforms (Social media, website and portals), with measurement against marketing KPI’s
Marketing Management
Weekly update on campaign progress, deadlines due, marketing budget, social media calendar and support required to deliver marketing plan
Support creation of company newsletter, managing collation of information from departments as campaign manager.
Build relationships with key press and publications to provide clear vision for annual planning of their editorial/feature calendar.
Creative input into annual marketing plan, supporting in generation of annual budget and creation of marketing calendar.

Proactive approach with colleagues and customers to ensure every story is captured.
Management and assignment of all marketing enquiries
Responsible for the organisation, ordering and maintenance of all literature, and promotional stock.
Annual audit of all collateral, presenting recommendations for items that should be removed or replaced.
Review available promotional items from group recommending suitability for marketing campaigns as part of annual marketing planning
With BSM build relationships with colleagues in group marketing, understand brand roadmap and opportunities for content into group marketing newsletter. Maintain knowledge of changes to IT platforms especially content management.
In association with BSM, build relationships with key customers and aid in identification of marketing collateral/support required to allow customer promotion of products and services.
Actively promote role of marketing in delivery of business strategy, sharing planned and completed activity so we never miss a story or opportunity to promote the brand.
