Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager for a successful manufacturing business. The successful, Customer Marketing Manager will provide comprehensive customer, channel and segmentation insight to the Sales and Marketing Teams. To create a robust ‘go to market’ strategy for targeted product and customer bases.
Principle Accountabilities for the Customer Marketing Manager
Deliver robust and insightful market sizing and market mapping and identification of specific industry channels with a specific focus on supporting the Business Development Team
Define and deliver Route to Market / Go to Market for the product portfolio
Build and deliver Customer Value Proposition for key strategic customer type
Creation of contact strategy for each customer type
Build creative and relevant content for sales pitches
Build and execution of market segmentation plans
Production of segment and channel specific marketing collateral
Own and develop CRM data for target segments
A wide variety of ad hoc projects
Customer Marketing Manager Knowledge/Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes
At least 4 years’ experience as a Customer Marketing Manager
Deep and demonstrable experience in providing customer segmentation data and analysis in a business to business environment
Experience of Customer and Marketing Segment Management ideally with a previous B2B target audience of Automotive, Food & Beverage and OEM
Ideally degree educated in a Marketing related discipline
Strong analytical skills
A creative flair and an eye for an opportunity
Excellent IT and CRM skills
A desire to be part of a growing, dynamic and successful business
