Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Digital Communications Coordinator on a 6 to 12 months contract. The Digital Communications Coordinator creates engaging digital content that is relevant to connect and inspire with opportunities to participate in and to build a sense of belonging, whilst promoting mental and physical wellbeing throughout their diverse membership.
Digital Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
Digital Communications
Plan and support the delivery of online communications and engagement activity on all available channels, maintaining active communications with communities
Distribute content through key channels including social media channels, digital screens, emails and website.
Create plans and calendars to support activity and campaign communications
Create content and manage daily, termly and annual social media plans and campaigns
Working with team members develop social media engagement and online brand awareness
Working with team members develop content creation for channel engagement and proactively source content through engaging with departments and end users
Share and create content to celebrate the success and achievements people
Building Community
Support the delivery of daily, termly and annual communications and campaigns as directed by the Communications and Engagement Manager, and support the communication activity of key engagement activities and events.
Support planning and delivery for large events such as Welcome to ensure that it delivers strategic priorities and values
Support the recruitment and briefing of contributors to help support online communications to students on student issues, events and other areas of interest
Support work to provide opportunities for people to be the voice of their organisation, amplifying their voices and group activity, in particular under-represented and disadvantaged groups
Learn from feedback and seek opportunities to improve communications and demonstrate how we use their feedback to enhance experiences
Work in accordance with our People Policies and champion our Values in all that we do
Observe the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Invest time in your own development; attend training, undertake personal research and identify opportunities for your personal continual development
