Digital Marketing Executive Leicestershire £25 – 35k DOE Ref: AH382
Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive for their rapidly growing business based in Leicestershire.
The role will report into the Business Development Director and the Board of Directors and working alongside the existing team be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing across SEO, social media, email marketing, website updates.
Digital Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities:
Develop, edit & maintain digital content, and support content creation & copywriting
Active Campaign CRM management, enhancement and data enrichment
Drive a consistent, professional and inspiring visual identity to support the business and further develop the company brand
Work to develop effective digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, PPC, SEO review)
Applying SEO best practices to content creation to boost brand awareness and generate leads
Plan, create, monitor and report on organic and paid social media campaigns
Co-ordinate webinars, including promotional campaigns and presentation enhancement.
Website – update and management of Wordpress site
Monitor, review and report on all digital marketing activity and results using web analytics to support accurate insights into trends and engagement
Generate and manage activity through all social media channels
Digital Marketing Executive Experience:
To be considered for this Digital Marketing Executive role you will need a minimum of 12 months digital marketing experience. The companies clients are within the insurance sector, although you will need to be a confident digital marketing professional, experience in this business sector is not necessary. The salary will reflect the experience level of the applicant. You will have had previous digital marketing experience within a B2B/B2C business and have strong written skills and be able to create compelling and engaging content for various channels of marketing.
You will be articulate, driven, and focussed and able to work in an ever changing fast paced environment. It is essential to have a good working knowledge of paid social media, Active Campaign, proven copywriting skills for digital channels, and some knowledge of WordPress, html, PPC, SEO. Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, someone who is results driven, enjoys a challenge, and works well under pressure and is passionate about all things digital. You must be able to work on your own initiative and push the brand of this growing business.
This Digital Marketing Executive role will be based in their office in Leicestershire and flexible working is available after induction period.
