Digital Marketing Executive Telford Shropshire £23 - £25k DOE Ref: AH378
Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Executive ready to manage the day-to-day PPC and digital marketing for an exciting and successful business within the sports and leisure sector.
It is expected that you will have at least 1 year’s work experience to demonstrate a proven and successful track record in Facebook, Instagram and other social media marketing campaigns, both paid and organic, with strong SEO and associated content writing skills. As a fantastic communicator, you will work closely with the wider marketing team to come up with inspiring and original promotional ideas.
Digital Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the company’s social media advertising, both paid and organic
Ongoing pro-active campaign optimisation and testing
Supporting budget management for the best ROAS across paid campaigns
Driving campaign performance by researching keywords, analysing competitors and ad copy testing
Analysing results and providing recommendations to improve campaign performance and hit KPIs
Support our Digital Content Manager in producing other creative digital content with a high SEO value to support paid digital campaigns, such blog posts and website content where required
Manage the company’s affiliate marketing with our third party affiliate marketing provider
Contribute creatively to general marketing ideas, including seasonal promotions and key campaigns
Weekly and monthly reporting to key stakeholders, working with the Head of Marketing and Digital Content Manager to identify where improvements/beneficial changes can be made
Oversee and monitor daily activity on company social media accounts and respond where required
Attend meetings, assist at events or other work away from the office may be required on an ad-hoc basis
Other general, reporting or administration tasks where required
Digital Marketing Executive Essential Skills/Experience
At least 1 years’ experience in social media marketing, both organic and paid
Previous proven experience in setting up, running and maintaining successful Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns for business
A proven track record of producing high quality online content with a strong focus on SEO
Experience and strong knowledge of online analytical and social listening tools, such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
First class communication and organisational skills, professional demeanour and first-rate written English
Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Full driving licence and own mode of transport
Digital Marketing Executive Preferable but not essential:
Previous Google Ads experience or willingness to learn it
Affiliate marketing experience
Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premier Pro
