Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced confident Digital Marketing Executive/Manager. This role will suit a good all-rounder with a wide range of skills running digital marketing campaigns, including strategy, social media, PPC, SEO, and content copywriting. You will be someone who enjoys get involved with all aspects of digital marketing .
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Devising creative and cost-effective strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites
Run all paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC
Utilise a range of techniques including paid search, paid social, SEO, affiliates and PPC
Create ads, manage spend and drive a strong ROAS for the business and work towards key targets
Manage and create newsletters including written content
Manage Instagram and Facebook pages and company blog
Develop and build the brands influencer marketing strategy
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
Ideal Digital Marketing Manager Skills and Experience
Confident experienced Digital Marketing Executive or Manager is essential
Interest or experience in fashion industry
A strong eye for design and the ability to adopt the brand's aesthetic, ideally with some graphic design skills
Commercial experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast paced fashion environment
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience of SEO, including technical on-page, content and link building campaigns
PPC experience - creating and optimising paid search and display campaigns including re-marketing
Experience using Shopify or a similar Ecommerce platform
Commercial experience of managing social campaigns including paid on Instagram and Facebook
Experience in producing digital marketing reports, tracking KPIs and feeding back to the team
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrable results and key learning from campaigns you have influenced
A keen interest in the latest digital practices and technologies
The ability to work as part of a team, good communication skills and the critical ability to know when to ask for help and guidance
The ability to work to targets, tight deadlines and self-motivate as well as motivating others
