Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager within a varied and interesting sector. The company distribute own branded products and licensed products to national and independent retailers in the UK as well as managing their customers’ B2C trading platforms, brand websites and marketplaces.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for an E-Commerce Professional to join the Marketing/E-commerce team at a key stage in the company’s expansion and to play an important role in delivering continued growth. Reporting to the company Director, we are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and commercially minded E-Commerce Professional who is well versed in web analytics, PPC and SEO.
Your primary focus will be to achieve and grow sales across all of our own B2B brands plus our customers B2C trading platforms and sites.
Responsibilities:
Maximising sales across multiple digital platforms
Utilising web analytics to drive site optimisation and ROI
Analysing and frequently reporting on sales performance
Project Management
Channel Management Software
PPC
SEO
Person Profile:
Over 2 years of e-commerce experience
Strong experience of using data and analytics to drive decision making
Must have experience in Linnworks and WordPress
Highly computer literate, confident user of Microsoft Excel including use for analytics/forecasting
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience of stock & sales planning is preferable
Ability to work proactively on own initiative and as part of the team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Project management and organisational skills
