Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a talented Mid-Weight Front-End Developer to work as part of a development team, you’ll be building beautiful, highly functional e-commerce websites for a range of fantastic clients.
You will have a good attention to detail, being able to turn designers’ page concepts into pixel-perfect websites. From an agency background, you’ll have a proven track record of bringing a proactive approach to real-world problems, and be confident working closely with our back-end team to develop integrated and effective custom functionality for our clients. You’ll be happy to be development lead on a build project.
Front End Developer Skills:
- HTML5
- PIXI.JS
- GAMES
- BROWSER GAMES
- JS / JAVASCRIPT (has to be very good here) - not be confused with JAVA which they have no interest in.
- CANVAS ANIMATION
- RESPONSIVE DESIGN / CSS
Plus any experience of mobile apps integration:
- CORDOVA
- IONIC
- REACT JS
- ANGULAR JS
Plus any experience of native app dev, licensing, Testflight, google play etc and also any back end would be nice, but mainly,
- PHP
- MYSQL databases +STORED PROCEDURES +SQL
- PLESK SERVERS
- AMAZON AWS
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.
- Constantly seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies.
- Working on projects both individually and within team methodologies.
