Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Designer/Artworker with around 3 years experience for a successful well-established organisation.
Requirements
- Experience of working from a creative/design brief to deliver original creative design solutions from scra
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat on the Mac to produce original designs and finished artwork
- Good typographical and layout skills
- Updating and adjusting multiple layer photoshop files
- Adapting pre-existing designs and concepts to other formats
- Experience of coding straightforward banner ads using HTML/CSS
- Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Maintain brand identities, ensure work conforms to brand guidelines
- Prepare and supply approved designs as print ready artwork for print or upload
- Keep file structures organised and logical
- Collaborate with the Account team to update existing materials
- Maintain quick response workflows and quality control processes
- Balance work on several projects at a time, whilst still maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide timing and delivery indications on tasks undertaken
- Manage and prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met
- Work individually, without supervision, as well as part of team
- Stay calm under pressure when working to tight deadlines
- Have good communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy, mac-based, creative studio or print environment.
