Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer within a busy marketing department for a successful organisation.
To develop processes and systems in order to design and produce brochures, POS material, promotional materials, in-store visual communication, leaflets, showcards, large format graphic for national advertising. To scope out photography requirements and design web pages, web banners, online advertising banners and e-newsletters. Maintain awareness and knowledge of competitor activity and new initiatives in print and digital. To liaise with print suppliers for the most creative, timely and cost effective print materials.
Duties:
- Production of creative, effective and high quality marketing collateral in keeping with the company brands.
- Timely production of printed and digital/online marketing collateral and e-newsletters to a professional standard.
- An up-to-date image library
- Delivery of marketing collateral to agreed timescales.
- Professional liaison with internal and external customers
Skills required:
At least 2 years work experience as a Graphic Designer, producing similar marketing material.
Highly motivated, organised and able to work independently.
Highly developed effective design skills and use of:
- Mac OSX operating system
- InDesign
- Illustrator CS
- Photoshop CS
- Acrobat
- Flash
- Powerpoint
- Word
- Excel
- Preferably also HTML and Umbraco CMS and Magento
Able to work on multiple projects at one time and able to work to deadlines
Good attention to detail
