Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer for a successful B2B organisation. This is a rewarding opportunity, where you’ll be able to make your own mark as you will be the first Graphic Designer within the marketing team. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm who is self-motivated and confident. Who has the ability to take ideas from concept to completion, as well producing accurate artwork ready for print.
The Graphic Designer is critical in helping to support the ongoing success of the business as well as working in a growing empowered Marketing team to enhance and support our brand awareness.
The Role:
We are looking for a creative graphic designer who has experience of working with both print and digital media. This is an in-house role and the successful candidate will take up the responsibility for all of business’s graphic design work.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development and maintenance of corporate CMS website and customer portal
- Ensuring the website is SEO friendly and meets relevant legislation
- Tracking and reporting on website analytics
- Must have an excellent understanding of how marketing campaigns work and will take an active role in helping to develop ideas
- Design of all marketing materials including but not exclusive to direct mailers, adverts (online and offline), stands at events, literature, email templates and social media artwork
- Brand guardianship including championing the branding guidelines
- Managing the image library and re-touching images where necessary
- Must have experience of working with external suppliers such as printers and stand designers, and have a good understanding of the print process
The Person:
- Be able to turn simple briefs into exciting and engaging artwork
- In-depth knowledge of CMS websites and other digital media
- B2B experience
- Highly creative and enthusiastic
- Around 5 years’ experience in a graphic design role
- Be able to work on multiple projects with potentially short deadlines at times
- Excellent attention to detail
