Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for Marketing and Website Manager for a leading provider in their industry to both B2B and B2C Customers in Retail, Corporate and On-line sales. We are looking for a pro-active and motivated individual to play a key role in a small team to drive marketing techniques and help the business grow and optimise their website sales.
You will have the opportunity to develop the role and gain further responsibility within the business.
Overall responsibilities to expect as Marketing and Website Manager include:
- Creating and implementing marketing plans
- Coordinating liaison with external agencies re website development
- Efficient day to day running of the companies Social Media Accounts and Website Team
- Developing and optimising website and online orders for customer engagement.
It is essential that the Marketing and Website Manage will have the following skills and experience
- Previous Marketing experience within an on-line retail business is essential
- This is not a coding job but it is essential you can find your way around the back end of a website so you can make small changes or brief external agencies on your requirement. They currently use Magento 1 Platform so knowledge of this would be a distinct advantage. Candidates with a good understanding of other platforms like Wordpress will be considered, if you have a willingness to learn Magento.
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Good working knowledge of website development in a marketing sense (this is not a web development coding role).
