Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a multi-skilled Marketing Manager. You will be a successful and enthusiastic marketing and communications professional who is looking to join a rewarding and highly regarded organisation. As Marketing Manager you will support the UK business and work closely with the Australian office.
The day to day role as Marketing Manager
Responsible for the marketing of company products and services to the right market
whether B2B or B2C
Implement an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department and the global marketing team, including advertising, eNewsletters, media releases and tradeshows
Social media community management
Work with our customers on joint marketing campaigns
Handle day to day marketing enquiries from the broader business and customer base, including new business pitches
Budget management, to deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget
The successful Marketing Manager, you must be able to demonstrate:
Demonstrated success working in an equivalent role such as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive for a minimum of 3 years
Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
Experience developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including well developed copywriting skills.
High degree of innovation, initiative and follow through to achieve desired outcomes
