Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experience all round Marketing Manager with excellent people and project managing skills. As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. This role calls for a Marketing Manager with experience in all aspects of retail marketing such as advertising, print, email marketing, Social Media, SEO, PPC, OpenCart, Ebay, analytics.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products
Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Working with marketing team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
Delegating work and managing individual workloads
Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
Work with Financial Controller & Director in relation to the marketing budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product
Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written report and verbal presentation to Managing Directors and General Manager
Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Knowledge & Experience Required as Marketing Manager
Degree in Marketing, Business or a Related Field
Management of a team
Knowledge and experience of marketing strategy
Knowledge and experience of media channels
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Information technology skills
Knowledge of SEO
Technical Competencies
Excellent analytical skills (including numerical)
Excel (intermediate/advanced user)
MS packages (e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Marketing Software Platforms
Social Media Platforms
