Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Marketing Manager for a forward thinking accountancy practice in Leicestershire. They service small and medium sized organisations, helping them achieve their corporate and personal ambitions. We are considering Marketing Executives and Marketing Managers for this role; you will need at least 1 years’ experience working in a marketing role.
As a growing firm they are looking for a Marketing Manager who can commit to their vision and help them work toward their ambitions and targets by working in house as Marketing and Media Manager. This is opportunity is key to the practices growth plans and will give you the opportunity to make your mark as this is the first marketing appointment.
This role would suit a marketing professional who has experience and a proven track record of building and managing Google ad campaigns for small and medium organisations. Also someone experienced in running social media campaigns as part of a cohesive and focused marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be able to lead the company in a digital marketing strategy
The successful Marketing Manager will also:
Be familiar with integrated CRM systems and experience of Hubspot an advantage
Be capable of sourcing and arranging pod cast guests
Be capable of writing relevant content
Be capable of tracking, reporting on and communicating the results of the campaign.
Be capable of driving results
