Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a highly energetic and driven marketing project manager to join a growing marketing team. Working with other marketing team members and external agencies you will be the glue that makes different marketing projects come to fruition. By nature, you will be tenacious individual who loves seeing project through.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you will take the lead on various marketing projects, bringing your marketing experience to the fore to successfully navigate projects through concept, design, development and implementation. A keen adopter of multiple project management methodologies, you will be versatile enough to manage multiple projects simultaneously, successfully planning, prioritising and leading across all deliverables and resources within a programme of work.
Responsibilities as Marketing Project Manager:
Confidently leading various marketing projects
Using meticulous attention to detail and organisation.
Being highly motivated and energetic, transmitting this through into project teams to produce work of the highest quality.
Being decisive and solutions-minded, able to progress a situation forward independently with ease.
Comfortably accommodating fast pace changes, and implementing new procedures and ways of working to the project teams at speed.
The successful Marketing Project Manager should have:
3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, traditional and digital. Although not all essential, knowledge of the following would be ideal; general and digital marketing, brand, marketing literature, CRM, email marketing, social media, content and copy, events, product marketing, SEO and PPC.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with different project teams simultaneously.
Pride in seeing projects from concept to completion.

Plate spinning – able to keep on top of a plethora of concurrent marketing projects
