Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager with experience of product planning. With customer awareness at all times the Marketing Manager will create, implement and manage the business marketing and product strategy.

Responsible To Managing Director and Sales Director
Job Purpose
You'll be responsible for creating, implementing and the management of the businesses marketing strategy this includes product planning and strategy
Main Activities
Working closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director to develop the company marketing strategy
Good understanding of the company’s portfolio of products and projects
Developing, implementing and managing company marketing plans and activity
Creating future revenue streams in relation to customer acquisition
Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
Creating future revenue streams in relation to product acquisition
Identifying and implementing product licensing programme
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication/negotiation/influencing skills
At least 3 years Marketing experience
Focused B2C Product Marketing background
Business acumen
Performance driven/results oriented
Attention to detail
Strong planning and organisational skills
Degree in Marketing
A creative mindset, someone who likes to think outside the box
