Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for a successful established company. This in an opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys day to day ‘hands on’ marketing involvement.
Marketing Manager Job Description
Main Duties and Tasks, in no particular order or preference:
- To manage and be responsible for all marketing activities within the company, including budgets and personnel. The role has one person reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Creation of all marketing material, hard copy and software.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.
- Brand management and corporate identity.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on all marketing activities and assist departmental managers with those, as necessary.
- Effective internal communication of marketing activities and outcomes.
- As necessary, work with external suppliers for the provision of marketing objectives.
- To record and report key performance information as deemed necessary or requested.
- To carry out any other duties if capable, as requested, e.g. supporting other staff positions either day to day or in holiday/absence situations.
- To work with other Departments of the Company as necessary.
- To always seek to increase knowledge about the business the Company carries out.
- To undertake any training as reasonably requested by the company.
