Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive for a successful manufacturer who is the market leader in their field. You will be a good all-rounder marketing professional, who enjoys all aspects of marketing.
The aim of the Marketing Executive role is to create and implement events, campaigns and content to generate sales leads and new business in line with business growth.
Marketing Executive Responsibilities
Generate enough sales leads with campaigns, events and digital content to meet business demand
Analyse leads and marketing activities success and adjust actions accordingly
Manage marketing communication activities including social media, blogs and website content etc
Create new ways of interacting with our customers physically or digitally
Develop our unique brand to maintain market leadership
Liaise with sales team to run and support ‘on the ground’ initiatives
Carry out market research to understand our market and opportunities within
Ensure our online digital presence is accurate with our brand charter and mission
Develop cost effective marketing initiatives which are tracked and concluded with a successful return on investment.
Marketing Executive Requirements
Marketing, business or similar qualification
Product marketing knowledge
1-3 years in marketing environment
MS office, particularly excel, use of CRM and tracking work flows.
Marketing Executive Personal Skills
Methodical with a creative and logical approach.
Willing to ‘break the mould’ and try something new and exciting.
Accurate and efficient work process
Take ownership of project and work
Proactive and self-motivated
Looking for progression within and exciting growing business.
