Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a New Business Developer with at least 2 years’ experience, to join a highly successful creative agency. As Business Developer you will be targeting SME’s requiring project based design, branding and marketing collateral. Your approach will on a consultative nature, you will have a creative mind and the ability to advise customers on all of their marketing collateral.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and bright New Business Developer who is passionate about the industry and wants to commit/ grow and has the tenacity to break through.
Initial Key Responsibilities & Expectations as New Business Developer
Loads of enthusiasm, positivity and drive.
Lead strategic initiatives from start to finish
Research prospective clients, identify new leads, craft approaches and secure meetings
Support the development of proposals and pitches
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Dynamic presentation style and ability to have a voice.
Ability to travel to client meetings.
