Senior Lead Designer Northampton Up to £35k DOE Ref: GD283
Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an agency experienced Senior Designer for a Northampton based design agency looking to expand their creative team. We are looking for a versatile Designer to match the agency’s broad spectrum of creative services. You will have the creative flair and ability to execute your ideas to produce exceptional brand creative. You will feel comfortable leading a small design team and have outstanding interpersonal skills allowing you to communicate effortlessly with clients and other project stakeholders.
Technical Skills required for the Senior Designer:
Advanced knowledge of

Photoshop
Illustrator
XD
Bonus points for After Effects & Premier Pro
A significant part of the role would be to design brand creative that feeds into the following platforms (so it would be handy if you have good knowledge of these)
WordPress
Shopify
Klaviyo
Senior Lead Designer Responsibilities:
Creation of engaging, high quality and on-brand graphics for use internally and externally
Work with the Creative Director, other designers and agency partners to steer the future vision of the agency
Leading briefs from concept to delivery with minimal support
Working on multiple long and short-term projects simultaneously
Work independently and collaboratively to develop compelling creative solutions that align with the strategic brief
Work collaboratively with social and digital teams to deliver creative assets for brand platforms
Be an active contributor to creative brainstorms, with the ability to shift from concept to execution very quickly
Perform project updates, revisions, and maintenance as required
Must be dependable, positive, and open-minded, and be able to clearly communicate both verbally and visually
Senior Lead Designer Must Haves:
Minimum of 5 years agency experience in a similar role
Experience of leading or mentoring a small team
Portfolio of work
