Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for an experienced strategic Marketing Manager for a successful manufacturer who is the market leader in their field. Using your marketing expertise you will be directly responsible for growing global sales and brand in line with the business mission.
Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities
Grow the UK market in line with AOP through new business initiatives and efficiency projects
Grow the International market in line with AOP through specific territory sales initiatives
Maintain and develop brand position to be worldwide market leader in industry.
Add new marketing campaigns and product lines to the business
Develop new worldwide partnerships to support above roles
Represent the company appropriately at a corporate and a customer level.
Provide a flexible approach to working times to support the business needs
Develop sales and marketing process to support the above
Deliver directly and indirectly training and support to our worldwide partners.
Senior Marketing Manager Requirements
Higher education in business, marketing or similar.
Experience in sales and marketing environment with proven successful results.
Experience in product marketing with proven track record.
Advanced computer literacy – MS Office (pivot tables, Vlookup etc), ERP programs, etc.
Senior Marketing Manager Personal Skills
Fast Learner, creative and willing to add value to the company.
Friendly with strong people and communication skills. Persuasive but not aggressive. Energetic and pro-active.
Hardworking and ambitious, being self-motivated with a goal to succeed.
Able to manage a team efficiently and effectively.
