Green Shoots Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Senior PR Executive ideally from an Agency background with 3 years’ experience for a successful agency offering the full range of marketing services.
The sectors they work for – property, the arts, business and professional services, the public sector, charities and manufacturing – cover most types of organisations with all types of marketing need, but their particular expertise is commercial property marketing. The Senior PR Account Executive will join the team and support a selection of clients in their corporate team.
Day to day you will work closely with your team members in a collaborative yet autonomous manner. You will support across a range of activities from media relations and press release writing to, digital communications, event planning, crisis management, research, public affairs, and plenty more.
Key responsibilities for the Senior PR Executive will include:
Building strong relationships with clients and liaising with key stakeholders.
Writing press releases and content across social.
Selling into the media and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Supporting with the strategic direction of campaigns.
You must be a confident communicator with great organisational skills.
To be considered for this role as Senior PR Executive, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally within an agency. Have experience of working in a professional and commercially orientated environment and be comfortable working with your team and alongside your clients.
This is mainly a B2B role working within the construction, logistics and business sector - so prior knowledge of that is required. However understanding the workings of a newsroom and journalists is essential.
Also preferably required will be knowledge of LinkedIn, including sponsored ads and InMail, Facebook advertising, and also working with clipping services such as Vuelio. Knowledge of working with WordPress websites is also a big plus.
You will need to be organised, self-motivated and reliable, able to pick up stories and themes quickly and effectively.
