We are looking for an energetic and driven Visual Marketing Assistant that is ready to take ownership of a new role, joining our sales and marketing team to primarily support in our ongoing visual resource development and digital marketing support. The majority of your role will encompass the creation and development of multimedia assets across our range, alongside a developing a catalogue of video production from promotional and training videos to short-form story focussed content. A diverse role which will provide you with plenty of opportunities to build your skills and develop a genuine career in multimedia development and marketing.
Visual Marketing Assistant Requirements
You will have a strong visual competence and a desire to constantly create great content.
You will be experienced in using DSLR cameras and modifying your pictures and footage using Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and After Effects alongside other tools.
In addition to creating visual assets you will also be expected to be an active member of the marketing team supporting the ongoing social media campaigns and strategies.
You will also be given the opportunity to work on the visual and graphical design of promotional materials using the Adobe Creative Suite.
You will have a portfolio of photographic and video content to submit digitally during your application. Alongside a track record of marketing activities to illustrate your understand of the competences required.
You will have at least 1 year’s relevant experience or a marketing/photography/media qualification whether from a professional body or at degree level.
You will have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to bring out the best of people you work with.
You will have a strong attention to detail to ensure that you catalogue all the requested elements.
As part of this role you receive plenty of opportunities and support to develop your professional skillset and taking on additional tasks and training as time progresses.
You must be a team player and willing to be a key part of the team
You will have a technical mind and an eye for detail and precision.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
